About Me

I began my career in real estate in 2002 as a residential real estate appraiser and worked in that field until summer 2005. I also began working in real estate investment around that same time. In the fall of 2005 I was given the opportunity to move over to the mortgage side of the real estate business and have been doing that ever since. While I have the mortgage programs available to help most any borrower, I focus mainly on helping real estate investors; not only by providing them with a wide variety of mortgage programs to close their investment property deals, but also by educating them on what to expect from the mortgage process and how the lenders are going to view them as real estate investors. I believe that there is simply too much confusion floating around the market today about what can and cannot be done and as such I do what I can to help clear up some of that confusion.
